Warren Rosner is a co-founder of Finicity and serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Finicity, Warren was a Managing Member of Deltavalve USA, LLC where he served as that Company's Vice-President of Finance, and participated in achieving an average annual growth rate of 49 percent. During his time at Deltavalve, he was closely involved with the acquisition and integration of a German-based valve company. He then assisted in the successful asset sale of Deltavalve to a large publicly traded company.
Warren served on the Board of Directors for Transcend Holding Corporation and served as the Corporate Controller. In his role at Transcend he managed day-to-day accounting functions, oversaw the finance and accounting functions of Deltavalve Corporation, a controlled entity of Transcend, and participated in and performed the due diligence efforts of various acquisition candidates of Transcend.
In addition to his rich private-sector experience, Warren worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche. Warren's experience there included audits of public and private local, national, and international entities. His audit experience also included audits of computer systems as part of the firms Computer Assurance Services.
Warren holds a Master of Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Cum Laude. Warren is a licensed CPA.
